Pure Performance S63TU4 – Stock Rebuild Process:

• Full engine disassembly and inspection
• All components are cleaned to remove oil, sludge, carbon, etc
• All rods & pistons inspected and clearances checked
• New RK spec rod bearings and main bearings installed
• Oil pump is disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt on every motor
• All seals and gaskets replaced replaced
• New head bolts & main bearing cap bolts

Pure Performance Forged S63TU4:

• Complete disassembly, cleaning, and inspection
• All new OE BMW consumables (gaskets, seals, stretch bolts, etc)
• Rebuilt cylinder heads with the latest revision of BMW OE valve seals installed
• Carrillo Forged Rods
• ACL Race Coated Bearings
